Do the scientonomic laws apply to individual epistemic agents?
The laws of scientific change attempt to explain changes in belief systems of epistemic agents, i.e. changes in stances that epistemic agents take towards to epistemic elements. The question is whether these laws apply to changes in belief systems of individuals.
