This is a property of type [[Has type::Number]]. It stores the number of the first page of an article in a journal, book, or collection. If the page number is a ''roman'' numeral, it is converted into a negative arabic integer where the roman zero is treated as -100000. Thus, the roman number is converted into arabic value, and the result is -100000 + value. For instance, if the roman X will be converted into -99990, the roman IV will return -99996, etc.
