Changes

Barseghyan [[CiteRef::Barseghyan (2015)|p. 29]] argued that scientonomy should describe and explain how changes in the mosaic of accepted scientific theories and methods take place. Any actual instance of scientific change involves an appraisal, therefore scientonomy must account for how theories are appraised if it is to account for changes in the scientific mosaic. It need not account for theory construction.
