Definitions of "method"

We seem to have two slightly different definitions of "method":

1. "Method" as a set of criteria for employment in theory assessment.
2. "Method" as a set of implicit rules to be employed in in theory assessment.

While this is not necessarily a huge problem, it has to be sorted out.
