This template is used to add a citeref. There is no much use for it at the moment, as it simply replicates [[CiteRef::]].
NOTE: As any "printing" template, it doesn't store any values anywhere, but merely prints them on the page.
Parameters:
|''key''- the key, e.g. Barseghyan (2015).|''pages''- page numbers, e.g. pp. 10-13.
