=Use of Italicsand bold faced type=When a an important new concept or new term is introduced, or its usage needs to be highlighted for the first time in the textan article, it should be placed in ''italicized'bold faced type'''. For example , 'Descartes' ''The 'methodological skepticism'scientific mosaic'' consists of was based on reason and on the capacity to doubt.' Words or phrases may be placed in ''theoriesitalics'' and for emphasis. For example 'The term scientonomy refers to the ''methodsscience of science'' accepted by a scientific community.' Titles of books should also be ''italicized'', for example 'Thomas Kuhn wrote ''The Structure of Scientific Revolutions'''.
