This is the "Existence Theory" form. It is used to create new entries for ontological claims of existence or nonexistence. Since there can only be two answers to a binary question and the formulation of such questions is a trivial task, we is decided to omit the names of authors from the title of the answer. The form expects the following parameters to be passed onto the query string in the following format:
