Use this template to get the term from the topic title. The template does the inverse of Template:FormatExistenceTopicTitle, Template:FormatDisjointnessTopicTitle, Template:FormatSubtypesTopicTitle, Template:FormatSupertypesTopicTitle, Template:FormatAssociationsTopicTitle templates. It checks if the topic starts with "Existence of ", "Associations of " etc. and, if so, removes the beginning to extract and return the term.
NOTE: As any "printing" template, it doesn't store any values anywhere, but merely returns a value.
