|Authors ListDescription=Hakob The scientific mosaic is in a process of perpetual change. Most of the theories that we accept nowadays didn’t even exist two or three hundred years ago. Similarly, at least some of the methods that we employ in theory assessment nowadays have nothing to do with the methods employed in the 17th century. Thus, it is safe to say that the process of scientific change involves both theories and methods.p.9 Changes in the scientific mosaic can be viewed as a series of successive frames, where each frame represents a state of that mosaic at a given point of time. Obviously,|Formulated Year=such a frame would include all accepted theories and all employed methods of the time. Description=TODO: Description herep. 9
