Is it within the Scope of Scientonomy to describe the ''original'' formation of a scientific mosaic? What predictions are made about mosaic formation that can be derived from existing laws and theorems, and how do or to identify the [[Necessary Elements|necessary elements for the TSC]] bear of such an original mosaic? Can the existing laws and theorems shed light on theories of initial mosaic formation?
