I support the acceptance of this modification. As previously conceived, only methods/methodologies could be either implicitly or explicitly employed. This modification opens the way for any epistemic stance or element to be either implicit or explicit, with the arbiter for any given case being empirical evidence. This is as should be the case for an empirical science.
