|Question=Can the category of pursuit be a subcategory of acceptance?
|Topic Type=Descriptive
|Description=When theories are pursued, can this attitude in a community be accounted for as the acceptance of certain sub-theories or meta-theories? Can pursuit be understood as a stage in a long-term temporal process of acceptance? This question deals with whether certain attitudes of a community towards theories can be reduced to a more general attitude of acceptance.

This question is to be understood as related to, but distinct from [[Pursuit and Acceptance]], which instead questions whether a theory being Pursued correlates with eventual Acceptance or Rejection.
