|Description=If two or more competing theories are considered equally acceptable by a scientific community, There have been many cases in the history of science when one community can divide itself based on which theory they choose to accept. When this division occurs, the mosaic is transformed divided into two or more mosaicscommunities. These distinct communities would then have their own distinct theories and methods. TODO: E.g.
