What is the status of practical propositions in a mosaic? If part of a mosaic, how do these propositions change through time?
Scientists often seem to rely on practical propositions when conducting research, such as those expressing financial restrictions, or limitations of manpower. Understanding the status of practical propositions indicates how they relate to accepted theories and employed methods. Any theory of scientific change should indicate how these propositions can influence other elements of a mosaic, and to what degree they impact a given community.
In the scientonomic context, this question was first formulated by Hakob Barseghyan and Paul Patton in 2016. The question is currently accepted as a legitimate topic for discussion by Scientonomy community.
