Accept that element decays is a non scientonomic phenomenon.

The modification was suggested to Scientonomy community by Sanghoon Oh on 21 February 2024.1 This modification presupposes the acceptance of Sciento-2024-0001. The modification is currently being evaluated; a verdict is pending.

Preamble

The mere existence of element decay doesn't necessarily imply that the phenomenon itself is within the scope of scientonomy. Due to its non epistemic nature, it seems justified to consider element decay as being non scientonomic in nature.
