Necessary Questions
Are there questions that are necessarily part of any mosaic? What questions, if any, are necessary for the process of scientific change to occur?
It seems reasonable to suggest that, for a scientific mosaic to exist, it must contain some questions. However, the question is whether there are any questions that are prerequisites for scientific change to take place. If there are such questions, what are they?
In the scientonomic context, this question was first formulated by Sinan Karamehmetoglu in 2018. The question is currently accepted as a legitimate topic for discussion by Scientonomy community.
